He really knows how to cut my fine, wavy/curly hair so it looks fresh, clean and hip! Great colorist too! Service is great with flexible hours. And the location in downtown Culver City can't be beat! I live nearby, and had often walked by the salon, which is on Main St. between Culver and Venice. I always wondered what the "ME" stood for - now I know! Michael Ehlert is a wonderful stylist who gave me a great cut and style! My hair is very difficult to cut, as it is fine and wavy - I don't have thick hair at all. I've also colored it for years, so it is damaged. Michael had great instinct for what would suit me, and I was thrilled with the results! The cut suited me perfectly, was easy to style, and I got many compliments! Michael is also a great guy. Another thing that suited me was the salon door is usually wide open, which keeps the place nice and airy (no color or perm fumes)! Now I have a great neighborhood hair salon - THANK YOU, MICHAEL!! Because he is simply the best! Ever since he opened in CC, I started going to him and the best way I can explain it is.... No one in my past has cut my hair as well as he does. He knew right away what needed to be done. He has great people skills, so it's easy to communicate with him what you want. My hair looks fabulous. I'm so glad I found him. Culver City, CA

I have been going to Michael for over 12 years and he is an excellent stylist. Great haircuts and even better color. I have followed him from Beverly Hills to Santa Monica and now Culver City.
